He has held directorships with start-up and growing companies and assisted over 700 companies to start and develop their businesses with a sustainability level exceeding 80%.

This involves paying particular attention to internal processes and maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Phil believes in keeping his mind sharp by keeping his body fit. His hobby includes boxing and he attends the gym regularly. He also enjoys a bike ride. With a private pilot’s licence he has a passion for flying and takes every opportunity to do so in the warmer months.
