You will be joining a well footed production team playing a crucial role in manufacturing Laser Wire Solutions’ products, delivering its services, and ensuring quality and reliability. The ultimate goal of the production team is to ensure that the product meets customer requirements, complies with specifications, and delivers a outstanding user experience.
The Production team collaborate throughout the company to improve production speed and quality, and the improvement and innovation LWS products. The Production Team will work in an iterative and flexible approach that emphasises collaboration, adaptability, and agility throughout all LWS business processes.
ROLE, RESPONSIBILITIES, & SKILLS:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Ability to develop foundational knowledge of Laser Wire Solutions products and applications.
- Sound understanding of production processes, procedures, and environment.
- Capable of assemble and wire electrical panels to support the build process of industrial applications.
- Ability to Build detailed mechanical systems, sub-assemblies and piece parts to achieve build schedules.
- Proficient in following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols for standard machines independently.
- Assists in troubleshooting complex issues.
- Proficient in essential software tools (e.g. Excel, Factory Master).
- Support in the development of products to improve design and quality of company products and procedure.
- Participates in training programs & workshops to enhance necessary skills.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn.
- Shows initiative in tackling assigned tasks & responsibilities.
- Delivers work on time & with attention to quality.
- Thrives under pressure in a fast paced environment, using outstanding communication both verbally / written.
- Focused and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an internal and external team.
