Mercury-4 Processed Sample Wire Laser Wire Stripping The customer provided a stranded wire sample in two polymer insulations, white and blue for testing. Strip requirements: strip down to blue layer. Strip length: 5 – 10 mm The wires processed quickly and efficiently using the Mercury 4 producing a clean finish. The laser cut position is set by software parameter, positional accuracy being 0.10mm The condition of the conductor metal surface and strands are completely preserved.
