The Mercury-4 OEM is the perfect addition to any production line. It is the automation version of the highly popular Mercury-4 system. The customer-driven design of the Mercury-4 OEM has been purposely designed for seamless integration into lines, and not as a stand-alone machine.
Once integrated the machine acts as a fully automated system requiring no operator to select recipes or strip patterns following the initial setup. This system is supplied as a Class-4 laser system and is designed to be integrated with other systems within an automated production line.
The Mercury-4 is a versatile machine that will suit a wide variety of applications. The easy-to-use, recipe controlled system requires minimal training with your operators while ensuring consistent results in a matter of seconds.
Mechanical blade cable strippers often struggle with non-round cables or those with braid insulations, and chemical dips can be a health and safety nightmare, but fully automated laser wire stripping by the Mercury-4 OEM eliminates these concerns. By utilizing the power of laser processing you’ll be able to achieve high quality results.
While the Mercury-4 OEM system can process most wire and cable materials, we recommend producing a small sample of wire for testing to our applications lab to ensure processing suitability.
