As part of Learning at Work Week 2022, we invited local college, Coleg y Cymoedd, along to a working lunch opportunity. Representatives from the college, Nathan and Matthew, showcased the courses available to help employees develop in the area they wish, and how they would be supported throughout their journey whilst remaining in employment.
